Refund Policy

We want to ensure you have a hassle-free buying experience, where you can be content that by purchasing an item from our website you have stood up for the cause of the environment and women empowerment. We have comprehensive return policy which is tailored to protect our patrons and buyers. Please refer to our specific policies for further details. We expect that all buyers will exercise due care in selecting our products keeping in mind the multiple causes that we are working for.

What is our NGO’s Return Policy?

If you have received a damaged product, you can return it to us and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Please contact us with your replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. Our email I’d is  AmrohaSay@gmail.com
Once the NGO accepts the return request, the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request? Once you request the cancellation of the product, it will take us a maximum of 7 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Once you have requested the cancellation of product, the NGO will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference. The NGO will return your amount through internet banking or account payee cheque after deducting Rupees 100 as processing charge.
